Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy

At KAMALDNP, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, accessible, and empowering educational content. We want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. This document outlines our policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and the delivery of our digital services. By enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to the terms laid out in this policy.
1. Standard Refund Policy
Our standard refund policy is designed to be fair and to give you an opportunity to experience our courses risk-free. You are eligible for a full refund of the course fee if your request meets the following two criteria:
- Timeframe: The refund request must be submitted to our support team within 7 calendar days of your original purchase date.
- Content Consumption: You must not have accessed, viewed, or downloaded more than 25% of the total course content. This includes video lectures, PDF notes, source code files, and any other downloadable resources. Our system tracks content access to ensure fairness.
Refund requests that do not meet both of these criteria will not be approved. For example, if you request a refund on the 8th day, or if you have watched 30% of the course videos within the first 7 days, you will not be eligible for a refund. All approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the transaction in your account.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, you must send an email to our support team at support@kamaldnp.com. Your email must include the following information:
- Your full name and registered email address.
- The full name of the course for which you are requesting a refund.
- The date of your purchase.
- A clear and detailed reason for your refund request.
Our support team will review your request based on the policy criteria and will respond to you within 48 business hours with the status of your request.
3. Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your enrollment in a course at any time. You can do so by contacting our support team. However, please be aware that canceling your enrollment does not automatically entitle you to a refund. The eligibility for a refund will still be determined by the Standard Refund Policy outlined in Section 1.
Upon cancellation, your access to all course content, including live classes, recorded videos, support groups, and downloadable materials, will be permanently revoked.
4. Shipping / Delivery Policy
All courses, materials, and services provided by KAMALDNP are 100% digital. We do not offer any physical products, and therefore, there is no shipping or physical delivery involved.
4.1. Access to Content
Upon successful completion of your payment and enrollment, you will receive immediate access to the course content through your personal student dashboard on our website. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your dashboard and instructions on how to get started.
4.2. Delivery Confirmation
The confirmation email sent to your registered email address serves as the confirmation of delivery. If you do not receive this email within one hour of your purchase, please check your spam or junk folder first, and then contact our support team for assistance.
5. Special Offers & Promotional Cashback
From time to time, KAMALDNP may offer special promotions, such as the 50% cashback offer. These promotional offers are not covered under the Standard Refund Policy and are subject to their own unique, strict, and non-negotiable set of terms and conditions. Eligibility for any promotional offer is a privilege, not a right, and requires the student to meet all specified criteria without exception. Fulfilling these conditions is the sole responsibility of the student.
🎯 Cashback Conditions (For 50% Refund)
100% attendance is mandatory.
Cashback will be canceled if even one class is missed.
Must remain active for at least 30 minutes in each class.
Camera must be turned on after joining the class.
Joining late is not allowed more than twice.
Repeatedly leaving during the class is not permitted.
Every student must say 'Present' during roll call.
100% attendance in weekend doubt classes is required.
Students must fill out the weekly attendance report.
If a class is missed, the recorded session must be completed within 24 hours.
Cashback is canceled if more than 3 recordings are pending.
Using your real name in the Zoom class is mandatory.
No cashback for joining with a fake ID.
Excuses of frequent network problems are not valid.
Must be continuously active in a minimum of 40 classes.
Students must ask at least 5 questions on the mic during the course.
Participation in every class poll or quiz is required.
Playing videos in the background while leaving the class is not allowed.
Mobile must be in silent mode.
Active participation in the class chat is necessary.
Daily assignments must be submitted.
Cashback is canceled if even one assignment is pending.
Late submission of an assignment is allowed only once.
Students must submit at least 5 mini-projects.
The final project is mandatory.
A working video proof of the final project must be provided.
Copied assignments will not be accepted.
At least 80% of assignments must be handwritten and submitted.
A short weekly test must be passed.
Scoring less than 50% in tests will cancel the cashback.
2 projects must be done in a group and 3 individually.
Projects must be uploaded to GitHub.
A PDF with code screenshots must be submitted.
A working demo of the project must be shown in a live class.
Excessive use of AI tools in assignments is not allowed.
The project report must be written in Hindi/English.
All assignments must be submitted via Google Form.
Missing the project deadline will cancel the cashback.
The instructor reserves the right to review all projects.
The best 3 student projects will be publicly showcased.
Discipline must be maintained in class.
Any form of abusive language will result in cashback cancellation.
Disrespecting the instructor will result in cashback cancellation.
Spamming in the WhatsApp Group is strictly prohibited.
Unwanted promotions or link sharing are not allowed.
Sharing class recordings with any third party is not allowed.
Forwarding the Zoom meeting link to anyone else is forbidden.
Making fun of other students will result in cashback cancellation.
Repeatedly asking copy-pasted questions is not allowed.
Must participate in group discussions at least 3 times.
Active participation in doubt sessions is necessary.
Leaving the class without a valid reason is prohibited.
A daily attendance sticker must be sent in the group.
A clear explanation must be provided when asking doubts.
Students causing class disruption will have their cashback canceled.
Providing fake reviews/feedback will result in cashback cancellation.
Students showing a negative attitude will not receive cashback.
Being inactive in the group for more than 24 hours is not allowed.
Students must maintain respectful behaviour.
The weekly feedback form must be filled out.
Students must practice for at least 30 minutes daily.
A screenshot of daily practice must be shared in the group.
Missing the practice log for even one week will cancel the cashback.
Students must write at least 500 lines of Python code.
The final project must contain at least 200 lines of code.
A mini coding challenge must be taken every week.
A score of at least 70% is required in coding challenges.
A practice notebook must be uploaded.
Sending 1 output screenshot daily is mandatory.
Proof of fixing more than 10 errors must be provided.
At least one AI-based project must be created.
The Windows App project is compulsory.
At least 20 Python topics must be cleared.
Students must write 50 Python functions.
At least one project must be integrated with an API.
A daily quiz must be taken after class.
The student must explain their code to the teacher once.
Participation in the mini-hackathon is required.
Students must practically use at least 5 Python libraries.
Every student must give one presentation.
The final test is compulsory.
A score of over 80% is necessary.
Identity proof must be submitted.
Registration details must be accurate.
The same student cannot register twice.
The certificate will only be issued if the student is active.
A feedback video must be submitted.
A verification call will be made before the certificate is issued.
A minimum of 50 interactions in the WhatsApp group is necessary.
A minimum of 3 peer reviews must be given.
The certificate will only be given after all assignments are submitted.
The certificate will be canceled if even one project is pending.
Cashback will be canceled without the feedback form.
The student must post their project on social media once.
Leaving the class without the instructor's permission is prohibited.
The camera must be on during the online test.
Cashback will be canceled if any proof of cheating is found.
Cashback will be processed after the PDF certificate is issued.
Cashback will only be sent to the bank/UPI from which the payment was made.
The claim for cashback must be made within 7 days of the course ending.
